Manuel is the Managing Director of Andea's North America Operations. He is responsible for managing the company's critical functions in North America, including operations management, team management, customer relations, services, and project delivery activities. Manuel has over 20 years of experience in creating innovative solutions for the manufacturing sector in various industries. Before joining Andea, Manuel worked at both SpaceX (2 years) and Apriso (14 years), where he served in multiple positions, including; Business Analyst, Solution Architect, Project Manager, Product Manager, and Program Manager. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Information technology at Griffith University in Brisbane, Australia.
Pawel Koralewicz works at Andea as Services Manager and Senior Solution Architect. He actively participates in projects where he is responsible for designing and delivering solutions. He has eighteen years of professional experience, including twelve years with DELMIA Apriso. He is experienced in Manufacturing and Logistics Execution Systems - leading full project cycles starting from requirements gathering through design, development, tests, go-live, and multi-site rollouts. He was also working for a Tier 1 automotive manufacturer, where he gained a good understanding of the business, which is essential when translating customer needs into software solutions. Pawel is also known to be an enthusiastic person, always open to exchange ideas and help other team members. He has solid problem-solving skills and is also known as a “3-minute man” as he firmly believes that all problems can be solved or a solution path can be identified in three minutes or less. Pawel has graduated from the Krakow University of Technology, where he received his MSc in Electrotechnics and Control Engineering.
Bartlomiej Wrobel is working as a Project Manager at Andea and has 13 years of professional experience with a strong background in web development and UI/UX design. Previously, he worked as an MES/MOM Solution Architect. Before joining Andea, Bartlomiej was working at Apriso, where he was leading projects and implementing FlexNet MES and LES solutions. Bartlomiej received his MSc in Computer Science at DePaul University, Chicago. He also earned a BA degree in Business and Management at National Louis University, Chicago. A big proponent of Agile methodologies and Continual Improvement Process in the projects and organizations.
